As an organisation authorised to access the NZTA Database we may occasionally collect personal information, including names and locations. These details are gathered in order to establish or disprove potential offending. The information may be shared with commercial clients, who in turn may pass it to relevant authorities. We keep information safe by storing it on encrypted stand alone hard drives, which are password protected, and limiting staff access to one sole investigator. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
